Enquiries and personal information
The enquiry form asks for contact and project information so the receiving team can discuss your application. Provide only what is necessary; do not include confidential formulas, payment information or sensitive personal data.
When direct submission is configured, an email delivery provider (Resend) processes the enquiry, and Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the anti-spam challenge. The receiving email account holds any delivered message under its own retention arrangements. This website does not create an enquiry database or log enquiry content.
When direct submission is not configured, the site clearly offers an email draft instead. Opening the draft does not send a message: you must send it using your email application. A copy-to-clipboard action is available for convenience.
Technical operation
The site does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. The hosting provider may process standard request information needed to serve and secure the website. When enabled, the anti-spam service may process technical browser and connection information to prevent automated abuse.
Messaging channels
The floating contact panel offers WeChat and WhatsApp alongside the enquiry form. This website only displays a QR code and a link; it does not read your contacts or send messages on your behalf. Opening either channel takes place on that provider’s platform under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

For questions about a submitted enquiry or requests relating to your contact details, write to customer@binghelm.com. Avoid sending sensitive data through the enquiry form.
Product information
Product content is based on the supplied Glacier Coolant catalogue, edition identified by the filename dated August 21, 2026. Catalogue figures are references only. The model-specific contract, technical agreement and current safety data sheet take precedence. Availability, current qualifications, regulatory suitability and technical claims require confirmation.
Photography and brand material
The brand mark and manufacturer-facility photograph are extracted from the supplied catalogue. The two labelled product-sample photographs, the brand range display and the company building photograph are local copies of images published on Glacier’s existing website; each is captioned for its own model or use and none is a specification. Application photographs are illustrative stock imagery and do not represent Glacier facilities, customers or validated deployments.
